When do I get paid?
Monthly, within 5 business days of the billing cycle. Via bank transfer.
How long does the 40% rate last?
Forever, as long as you're one of the first 10 affiliates and the client stays subscribed. The rate is permanently locked — it doesn't expire, and it doesn't change when new affiliates join at 20%.
What counts as a referral?
Any new paying client who signs up through your unique referral link counts as a referral.
Is there a minimum payout?
No minimum. If you refer one client on the Growth plan, you receive $199 that month. One referral, one payout.
Can I refer multiple clients?
Yes. No cap on the number of referrals or total earnings. 10 clients on Growth = $1,990/month, recurring.
What if a client upgrades their plan?
Your commission upgrades with them. You earn 40% of whatever plan they're on at the time of billing.
What happens after the first 10 spots are filled?
New affiliates earn 20%. The first 10 affiliates lock 40% permanently. 6 of those 10 spots are still open. Once you're in, the rate never changes, even retroactively.
How do you track my referrals?
Each affiliate gets a unique referral link. When a prospect clicks it, a cookie is set. Any purchase made within 90 days is attributed to you — even if they close the tab and return later.
Do I need an audience or a following?
No. This works for 1-to-1 referrals — a consultant who refers a single client earns the same 40% as someone with a newsletter. You don't need a platform, just a network.
Can I promote on channels other than LinkedIn?
Yes. Email, Slack communities, newsletters, podcasts, consulting calls — wherever it's relevant. The only rule is no paid ads bidding on our brand name.
What if a client downgrades or cancels?
Your commission adjusts to match their active plan. If they downgrade, you earn 40% of the lower plan. If they cancel, commission stops. You earn for as long as they stay active.
Which countries can join the program?
The program is open globally. We pay via bank transfer in USD. No restrictions by country.
Cookie duration — how long after clicking my link does a referral count?
90 days. If a prospect clicks your referral link and purchases within 90 days — even if they close the tab and return later — the referral is attributed to you.
Can I refer existing clients of Strategic Flow?
No — referrals must be net-new clients who weren't already paying Strategic Flow customers before the affiliate's referral.
When do commissions start — on sign-up or after a trial?
Commissions are calculated from the first paid billing cycle. There is no free trial period for referred clients.
What is the refund policy on commissions?
Commissions are calculated after the client's first successful, non-refunded payment. Refunded payments do not generate commission.
Can I use paid ads to promote my referral link?
You may run paid ads, but you may not bid on Strategic Flow brand keywords (e.g. "Strategic Flow", "strategicflow.tech"). Non-brand paid campaigns are permitted.
Can I email my list with my referral link?
Yes. Email outreach to your own list is permitted. Standard anti-spam rules apply — no cold mass email, no purchased lists.
Can I use my own landing pages to promote Strategic Flow?
Yes, as long as the landing page links through to the official packages page with your referral link intact. Affiliates may not host their own checkout, republish pricing independently, or make claims about the product beyond what's in this playbook.
