Strategic Flow provides high-retention copywriting, conversion intelligence audits, and technical logic refactoring. Our services are a hybrid of human expertise and AI-augmented analysis, specifically engineered to identify and repair "Logic Gaps" in digital sales funnels and SaaS communication assets. Failure to maintain active payment for recurring plans will result in the immediate suspension of the Architecture Communication Intelligence Suite and auditing services.
Turnaround: Standard audits and strategic rewrites are committed to a 24-hour delivery window following confirmed payment.
Technical Scope: Audits include UX friction mapping, message-market fit analysis, and conversion path health checks. Deliverables include rebuilt HTML ready to paste into any ESP, diagnostic reports, A/B subject line variants, and sequence analysis outputs. Architecture plan users access all outputs directly via the self-serve dashboard. High-Impact tier includes strategy calls and Slack channel access.
Accuracy: While we strive for high-impact performance ratings, final conversion outcomes depend on the client's traffic quality, hosting infrastructure, and external market variables.
Strategic Flow uses magic link authentication exclusively. No passwords are created or stored.
How it works: Users enter their email address at the login page. A single-use authentication token is generated, stored temporarily with a 15-minute expiry window, and sent via email. Clicking the link authenticates the session. The token is invalidated immediately after use.
Session persistence: Authenticated sessions are maintained via PostgreSQL session storage. Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity.
Guest and trial access: Strategic Flow may grant temporary access with a defined expiry date. Trial users are subject to the same data and confidentiality terms as paid users. Access is automatically revoked at expiry. No data submitted during a trial period is retained after access expires.
Team access: Architecture plan users may grant access to multiple team members under a single plan. Each team member authenticates independently via their own email address. The account holder is responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these Terms. Strategic Flow reserves the right to revoke access to any individual team member without affecting the primary account.
Transaction Processing: All financial transactions are executed securely through Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). Strategic Flow does not store, process, or have access to raw credit card data or CVV codes.
Authorization: By completing a purchase, the client authorizes Stripe to charge the specified amount for the selected service tier. Failure to maintain active payment for recurring retainers will result in the immediate suspension of the Architecture Communication Intelligence Suite and auditing services.
Strategic Flow uses Claude API, developed by Anthropic PBC (United States), as the primary AI engine for generating diagnostic outputs, rebuilt email copy, and sequence analysis.

Users with GDPR data processing concerns may contact strategicflow@proton.me to request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final "Rewrite" or "Audit Report" for their specific business entity.
Proprietary Frameworks: Strategic Flow retains absolute ownership of its proprietary auditing frameworks, "Outcome-First" methodologies, and internal conversion logic used to generate the reports. These are considered trade secrets and may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.
Digital Goods: Due to the immediate delivery of high-value intellectual property and custom consulting hours, all sales are final. Once a project has commenced or a report has been delivered, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued.
Revision Logic: We provide one (1) round of strategic adjustments per audit. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must align strictly with the original project scope defined during checkout.
Single Audit ($49 one-time): Due to the immediate delivery of the diagnostic report and rebuilt HTML, Single Audit purchases are non-refundable once the output has been generated. If a technical error prevented delivery, contact strategicflow@proton.me within 48 hours.
Strategic Flow applications are hosted on Replit infrastructure. While we maintain reasonable measures to ensure uptime, Strategic Flow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Planned or unplanned downtime does not entitle users to refunds or service credits unless the interruption exceeds 72 consecutive hours on a paid plan.
In the event of extended downtime, Strategic Flow will communicate via email to the address associated with the user's account.
Algorithmic Nature: Recommendations are generated through technical auditing and AI-powered logic. Strategic Flow does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or exact conversion percentages.
Implementation Risk: Clients are solely responsible for the final implementation of all recommendations. We strongly advise A/B testing all "Strategic Flow" changes before full-scale deployment to mitigate technical or brand risks.
The Architecture plan grants access to the full Communication Intelligence Suite, currently comprising 19 tools across four categories: Core Email Tools, Specialised Audits, Intelligence Tools, and Admin.

Tools marked COMING SOON are in active development and are not guaranteed to launch within a specific timeframe. Their inclusion does not constitute a contractual commitment.
Strategic Flow reserves the right to add, modify, or deprecate individual tools within the Architecture suite. Material reductions in tool count (more than 3 tools removed) will be communicated 30 days in advance with the option to cancel without penalty.
Strategic Flow agrees to keep all non-public client data, including internal analytics, dashboard access, and conversion metrics, strictly confidential. We do not sell or share business data with third parties. Any data accessed during an audit is used exclusively for the generation of the client's specific report.

International transfers: Content submitted for analysis is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (United States) via their API. Anthropic operates under their own privacy policy. Strategic Flow does not instruct Anthropic to retain or use submitted content for any purpose beyond generating the immediate output.
This Protocol is governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through amicable mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
Approved affiliates earn a recurring commission on any client referred through their unique affiliate link, for as long as the referred client maintains an active paid subscription. Commission rates are locked at the time of approval and do not change retroactively, regardless of future program updates.
First-10 Founding Affiliates: 40% recurring commission, permanently locked for the lifetime of the affiliate relationship.
Standard affiliates (after the first 10 spots): 20% recurring commission.
Referrals are attributed via a unique tracking link issued upon approval. Attribution is permanent: any client who signs up through an affiliate's link is credited to that affiliate for the lifetime of the client's subscription, including plan upgrades, unless the client independently signs up through a different channel prior to using the affiliate link.
Strategic Flow does not guarantee attribution for referrals made through screenshots, verbal recommendations, or any method that bypasses the tracked link.
Commissions are calculated monthly based on the referred client's active subscription payment and are paid via bank transfer within 5 business days of the client's billing cycle. Strategic Flow does not pay commission on:
Affiliates may not misrepresent Strategic Flow's services, pricing, or results. Affiliates may not use paid search advertising on Strategic Flow's brand name or close variants. Affiliates may not offer their own discounts or guarantees on Strategic Flow's behalf without written approval.
Violation of these conduct terms may result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of unpaid commissions accrued during the violation period.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice via email. Upon termination, commission continues to be paid on existing referred clients who remain active, unless termination was due to a conduct violation under 9D, in which case accrued and future commissions are forfeited.
Strategic Flow reserves the right to modify commission rates for new affiliates at any time; existing affiliates' locked rates under 9A are unaffected by such changes.
ToolIndex is a free, publicly browsable directory of SaaS tools, AI products, and digital services, operated by Strategic Flow. Listings are submitted either directly by product owners or imported from third-party product discovery sources. Strategic Flow does not independently verify the factual accuracy of third-party-submitted product descriptions, pricing, or claims, and disclaims responsibility for their content beyond good-faith moderation.
By submitting a product to ToolIndex, the submitter confirms they have the right to represent the submitted product, or that the information submitted is derived from publicly available sources. Submissions may be edited, shortened, or declined at Strategic Flow's discretion, including removal of listings that are misleading, non-functional, or violate applicable law.
A listing may be claimed by an individual representing the underlying product. Claiming a listing may unlock additional features, including an extended product description. Strategic Flow reserves the right to request reasonable verification of ownership before approving a claim, and to revoke a claim later found to be fraudulent.
Upvotes are limited to one per listing per device and do not reset over time. Strategic Flow reserves the right to remove upvotes it identifies as generated through automated, fraudulent, or incentivized means, without notice.
Listings on ToolIndex include a dofollow hyperlink to the submitted product's website. Strategic Flow does not guarantee any specific SEO outcome, search ranking impact, or indexing timeline resulting from this backlink.
ToolIndex offers optional paid placements (Daily Boost, Weekly Feature, Premium Listing) that grant increased visibility for a fixed, non-recurring duration as described at time of purchase. Payments for Featured Placements are processed via Stripe under the same payment terms described in Section 3 of this Protocol. Due to the immediate activation of the placement upon payment, Featured Placement purchases are non-refundable once the placement has gone live, consistent with the Single Audit refund policy in Section 5. If a technical error prevented the placement from activating, contact strategicflow@proton.me within 48 hours.
Sponsorship slots, where available, are subject to the same payment and non-refund terms as Featured Placements under Section 10F, plus any additional terms communicated at the time of sponsorship purchase.
Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on ToolIndex remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Strategic Flow unless explicitly stated. Any rights holder who wishes to have their listing, logo, or trademark removed may contact strategicflow@proton.me with a description of the listing in question; Strategic Flow will review and respond within 30 days.
Where a submitter provides an email address on the submission form, that email is used solely to notify the submitter of upvote activity on their listing and is subject to the same data retention and GDPR rights described in Section 7A of this Protocol.
